Expressive contemporary modern abstract

Beautiful composition, and use of colour,

The piece is captured in neutral tones of yellow, red, burnt umber and black.

Unique depictions, which go beyond a traditional landscape. The artist’s seamless ability to extract light and shadow from colour allow each of her pieces to illuminate any room they are presented in.

(Artist note)

One of a series of four paintings: Strength, Courage, Determination, and Fortitude.

Courage, the courage to face our fears, fearlessness, the courage to endure continued pain, the courage to face a battle, the courage to keep going when all seems lost, the courage to fight and keep on fighting…I have seen this courage in people who are fighting cancer and other serious illnesses, I have seen their determination to keep on going no matter how painful it is.

My abstracts are created in my studio using a variety of different techniques, all are original unique paintings.

Each piece has movement,

expression and texture. All of my art is an expression of feeling. Each brush stroke, each blend of colour is a wave of my emotion.

If you would like a similar painting in a different size, or colour please contact me for a quote.

I will create your painting in the same style. I cannot guarantee what you get is IDENTICAL as the picture, as my paintings are all unique and painted by hand not a machine. All of my paintings are 100% hand painted, so every brush strokes is different. But I do promise what you get is with the same quality and beauty.

During the painting process, I will send the photos of your painting or video if you prefer, for your approval. You'll be able to express any comments you may have, such as colours and shades, which I can revise before shipping for free if needed.

My paintings can take you as far as your imagination will allow. What it meant to me, and how I felt when painting it, maybe irrelevant to the perception and emotion it may inject or provoke into others.

To know that my art is hanging on your wall and appreciated brings me a great sense of satisfaction.
